SAP Administrator
Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
To maintain the company SAP CRM system to support METTLER TOLEDO UK and Group business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Local co-ordinator for CRM training. To arrange and carry out necessary SAP training for new users, as well as refresher/top-up training, new functionality awareness sessions
2. To produce training documentation and associated material. Includes written guides for users, as well as PowerPoint training material.
3. To maintain users on the CRM system including setting up new users and modifying existing users.
4. To provide first line support for all users. All issues should be logged and managed through to resolution. Plus respond to queries into the CRM inbox in a timely, accuracy and professional manner.
5. Report on KPIs on a monthly basis
What You Need to Succeed
* Previous SAP knowledge
* Passion for training others in an engaging and creative way
* Excel skills (basic to intermediate level)
* PowerPoint experience
* Experience of working in a similar role in a business to business environment
* Good communicator at all levels, who is able to build relationships and influence others
* Creative and solutions-orientated, with a proactive and positive approach
