Staffed UP are pleased to be acting on behalf of this Poole based Manufacturing company with an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.
The role offers an immediate start, on the job training, free onsite parking and potential progression opportunities.
You will be responsible for providing the highest standard of telephone based customer service and seeing the process through from initial order to delivery and invoicing.
Customer Service Administrator daily duties include:
• Taking inbound calls and processing customer orders
• Ensuring excellent product knowledge to deal with customer queries
• Arranging deliveries
• Raising purchase orders
• Completing all associated administration
If you have excellent customer service experience, a professional telephone manner, PC skills with knowledge of MS Office and the ability to upsell products then this Sales Coordinator role could be perfect for you.
