QUANTITY SURVEYOR - CONSTRUCTION
Location: Burton on Trent
Salary: GBP45,000 plus car / allowance, pension, healthcare, fuel card

My client is an Award Winning highly successful midlands-based contractor who are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the business. The successful candidate will initially be working on a GBP15m Industrial scheme so experience working on Industrial projects is essential. All future projects will be Midlands based so travel will be minimal.
The contractor operates within public and private sectors and is in a very secure financial position. They deliver to a range of sectors including Industrial, Commercial and Retail. They have an exciting portfolio of work with projects ranging in value from GBP15m to in excess of GBP50 million.
Quantity Surveyor Requirements:
Proven success as a Quantity Surveyor within a contractor environment or an AQS looking to take the next step
Experience working on Industrial projects would be an advantage but not essential.
Have commercial awareness to assess margin, risk and cashflow.
Ideally NEC contract experience or JCT, ICC
Stable employment history
