Our client is looking to recruit experienced Fibreglass Laminators for their busy site based in Barnsley.
They are a family run business that specialises in the manufacture of Silos, Tanks and Conveying systems and supply them to the Agricultural, Industrial and Renewable Energy industries.
The role will include, but not be limited to:
Reading and understanding lay-up specifications
Wet lay laminating/chopper gun spray application
Mould preparation
Release of simple moulds
Use of hand held and power tools
Bond Preparation
Use and control of patterns and Jigs
Correct use of all PPEKey Skills:
A thourough understanding of GRP/Fibreglass lamintaing and associated processes
Experience in wet lay lamination techniques
Chop spray application techniques
Ateention to detail in all aspects of the role
Methodical approach to work
Good communicator and team player
