Looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor for an extremely busy company on a temp to perm basis. You will report to the Customer Service Team Leader and work in a team of five, within a larger customer service team.
The role will be based in Peterlee, and is full time.
Role & Responsibilities:
Provide first class service to all customers and suppliers
Answer customer enquiries via telephone and e-mail
Manage order processing, delivery schedules and tracking the progress of all orders
Handle enquiries from a number of varied customers
Provide support to the sales team as and when required
Liaising with the warehouse on delivery schedules
Resolving product and delivery queries in a timely and sensitive manner
Maintaining client records
Ad hoc administrative duties
What we are looking for:
Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel
Previous experience using sales order processing systems
Excellent communication skills
Able to prioritise, organised and good attention to detail
Good general standard of education, e.g. minimum GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics
High level of accuracy and ability to solve problems
Previous sales office experience
Exceptional customer service skills
Able to deliver to deadlines with a high level of accuracy
Knowledge and experience of using the Merlin system is highly desirable for this position.
Hours - 9am till 6pm
Pay - GBP8.91
