The Role:

Due to continued growth they are now seeking a Graduate IT Support Engineer. It is a completely new role formed to support the Head of IT. The Graduate IT Support Engineer will support the IT team in the delivery of core products and systems. Duties will involve solving platform issues using software engineering tools and systems administration. Excellent opportunity to learn a multitude of skills with great prospects!

The Candidate:

You are well suited to this if you have:

* Degree in IT related field

* IT experience.

* Have a good IT grounding in a multitude of platforms/systems.

* Be a team player and demonstrate a flexible approach.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders at all levels and technical documentation skills.

Highly desirable:

* Linux/Unix

* Networking

* Monitoring tools

* Basic knowledge of Java or equivalent

* Git

* Understanding of production systems architecture at scale principles.

* Software lifecycle management

* Good technical knowledge of:

* Infrastructure and applications

* Knowledge of cloud platforms and technologies
