The Role - Junior IT Field Service Engineer, Healthcare Informatics
Following continued growth this market-leading organisation now seeks to recruit a customer focused Junior IT Field Service Engineer. In this rewarding role the successful applicant will be responsible for:
Managing customer relationships
Resolving all technical and connectivity technical support issues with key healthcare informatics and medical imaging customers
Ensuring that customer satisfaction is achieved and maintained
Your Background - Junior IT Field Service Engineer, Healthcare Informatics
To be considered for this role you should have:
Educated to A Level or BTEC, ideally in an IT discipline
12 months experience working in an IT helpdesk, IT field based engineer or IT support role
Experience of Microsoft Windows, servers, networking and PC hardware
Customer service orientated
Excellent communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Full UK driving licence and happy to undertake travel
