Care Assistant (car required)
Are you caring and compassionate and looking to make a positive difference to peoples' lives?
If so, you may be able to help Geoff and Maureen. They are both in their 80's and have been married for 47 years! Until now, they've relied on each other for help and support, but this is no longer possible. They wish to stay together at home, and Derbyshire Care Services support them to do so, by helping with their morning routine (including personal care), ensuring their home is clean and tidy, and supporting with social activities.
Could you help Geoff and Maureen to stay happy at home together?
No experience is necessary as we give full training and support.
Our Care Assistants come from all walks of life, with lots of different skills and backgrounds. What they have in common is a passion for making a difference to the lives of our customers, who live in their own homes across the Stoke area. A full driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle is essential for this role, in order for you to be able to visit a number of people during your day.

Our team don't go to work each day - they enter the home of some of the most wonderful people you could meet and help them live their lives to the full.

As a Home Care Assistant with Derbyshire Care Services you can enjoy:
?? Minimum GBP9 per hour plus 53p per customer visit
?? Fortnightly Pay
?? Double pay on Public Holidays
?? Up to 28 days Holiday a year.
?? Work based pension.
?? Free uniform and provided with PPE
?? Company Mobile Phone.
?? Refer a friend bonus.
Our shift patterns are:
?? 7am - 3pm, 3pm - 10:30pm
?? Alternate weekends
?? Flexibility allowed to meet personal or family needs and circumstances.
?? Full or Part time hours available.
