An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Interim Home Manager to join a highly regarded care home in Market Harborough. The successful candidate will be an experienced home manager with excellent communication skills that is capable of leading and motivating a team. You will be a confident and strong leader that is capable of hitting the ground running and continue the good work of the previous home manager.
As Interim Home Manager, you will be overseeing the running of an elderly residential home. You will possess financial, marketing and management skills and you will have experience of working as a senior manager within the care sector.
Job Requirements:
• Overall responsibility of the home
• Carrying out Staff management/appraisals/Training
• Take part in Budgeting, creating care plans, carrying out regular reviews, and attending meetings
Skills/ Qualifications:
• Previous experience in managing a nursing home
• Portable DBS desirable
• Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
