1st Line Support Analyst - Central London - IT Managed Service Provider
1st Line Support Analyst required by an exceptionally high-calibre and growing IT Manager Service Provider (MSP) in Central London.
Our client provides managed cloud, managed support, managed security, business continuity and consultancy specialist services to Law Firms; they have plans to become the leading MSP to law firms across the UK and Irish legal sector.
The role will require you to provide an exceptionally high level of IT support for numerous legal clients across the business, you will be based from their HQ in Central London
Responsibilities:
-Provide 1st line support to a variety of different legal clients remotely
-Ensure incidents are resolves in line with SLAs and logged correctly
-Complete relevant and skilled investigations before escalating
-Maintain an exceptional level of customer service and adhere to ITIL service management principals
Requirements:
-Previous experience working in an MSP environment supporting 1st line
-Software/hardware troubleshooting
-Server administration and support
-Active Directory
-Microsoft Office 365 Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint Online
- Windows 8.1 and later
-Windows Server 2012 R2 and later
-Microsoft Exchange 2013 and later
-Email security products (i.e., Minecast / MessageLabs)
-Networking knowledge
-Experience with Citrix would be highly beneficial
