Lettings Manager

My client is looking for a Lettings Business Development Manager to join their reputable and successful team based in Tunbridge Wells.

The successful candidate will have/be:

• Must have come from a Lettings or Estate Agency background.
• Self-Starter.
• Hunger to grow the business.
• A multi-tasker with the ability to switch quickly & efficiently between topics whilst still delivering.
• Hard working and resilient - you can put in a shift & deal with the stress that comes with the role.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

• You will deliver 1 New Fully Managed Instruction per week.
• You will convert 0.5 Let Only Landlords to Fully Managed per week
• 70% of your New Instructions are Let Agreed within 14 days of going live on the internet.
• You book 4 Self-Generated Lettings Market Appraisals per week

Salary: up to GBP32,000 plus performance related bonus.

Hours: 08:30am-5:30pm
