With an office in Reading and other sites across the UK and Europe, our client is a leader in the telecommunication industry. At the forefront of the 5G rollout across the UK, our client is growing further and they are looking for a skilled Inventory Quality Assurance Manager to join their team.

The Inventory Quality Assurance Manager will be reporting directly to the Country Head of Service Assurance within the Technical Operations department. You will work within the team to help develop the Quality Assurance process and procedures, ensuring these safeguard the physical and electronic data entry for our clients portfolio of telecommunication sites.

Location: Reading, Altrincham, Leamington Spa - with flexibility for the right candidate.

Our client offers an Office / Work From Home split; 3 days in the office, 2 days Remote/Working From Home.

The Inventory Quality Assurance Manager will also be responsible for:

Ensure that the Inventory Quality Assurance processes and procedures are comprehensive, fit for purpose, well communicated and aligned to our clients industrial model.
Act as the focal point for Technical Operation's numerous audit programmes, provide guidance and leadership to ensure that any data management or process failures are eliminated.
Responsible for Service Assurance Risks and Issues management for both Internal stakeholders and External stakeholders.
Develop and document a Quality Manual on behalf of Service Assurance.
Ensure Quality Assurance activities continue to satisfy accreditation to ISO standards.
To log and manage 'breach of security' or 'breach of process' incidents, understanding impact to the client and their customers.
Measurement and review of current inventory 'health'; Development and Implementation of improvement plans.
Implement security measure additions to match changing threat levels (fencing, gates, locks, intruder detection / communication etc.)We would welcome applicants with the following experience and expertise:

Educated to degree level or equivalent and/or significant relevant industry experience.
Previous experience in a similar role that encompasses quality; process; documentation; infrastructure security; risk and issue management.
Understanding of inventory management tools and techniques.
Managing multiple stakeholders, contractors and projects.
Working to budgets.
Performance reporting.
CQI/IQA certified (not essential but would be an advantage)
