An exciting opportunity has opened up for an enthusiastic graduate or a confident, experienced Behaviour Support Worker to join a 'Outstanding' Ofsted rated Primary School in Whitley. This position will be full time. You will be working within either EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2, dependant on where your experience lies.

This mainstream Primary school are seeking an applicant with strong behaviour management skills, a compassionate ear, and excellent patience to assist with a child who has significant behavioural issues. The child has an EHCP which the successful applicant will be responsible for adhering to, and for developing new strategies for as their Behaviour Support Assistant.

This Primary school are looking for a confident, dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants who are enthusiastic and passionate about their input into a child's education. Ideally, the successful SEN Teaching Assistant will have excellent behaviour management skills and desirably some form of restraint training.

Primary SchoolThe ideal Learning Support Assistant will be able to commit for the full academic year and the expected salary will be from GBP65-GBP80 per day. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate to expand their classroom experience prior to undertaking their teaching training and becoming a fully qualified classroom teacher.

Relevant previous experience would include youth work, support work, mental health work and SEN in sport.
