Site Manager, Luxury Residential
We are excited to be assisting one of our longest standing clients with sourcing a Site Manager for a new flagship project. This client are a Luxury Residential Developer who have been providing private clients and high net worth groups with exceptional properties for over 50 years.
Due to a new project win and the order book for the next couple of years filling up, they require a high level Site Manager on a permanent basis.
Essential Requirements:
- Trade Background or relevant degree
- Stable employment background with evidence of long term commitment in previous/current role
- Proven experience taking a Luxury Residential project from inception through to completion and handover
- Experience liaising closely with high net worth private clients and delivering single unit large scale properties
- Minimum of 5 years Site Management experience
- Keen eye for detail and high end finishes
