We are Independent Motor Factors, suppliers of quality car parts & accessories to the motor trade with branches throughout Sussex, Cornwall & Wales.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and professional Assistant Branch Manager to join our team in our East Grinstead Branch. Working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.30pm plus alternate Saturdays 8.00am to 1.00pm.

Due to expansion, we have positions for Branch Managers, Assistant Managers and Sales Advisors.

What will I be responsible for?

Joining our team as an Assistant Branch Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring all branch activity is centred around the customer and ensuring they have the best possible experience
• Supervising team members in the branch
• Supporting the Branch Manager where needed
• Ensuring the safe and efficient management of daily operations

Who are we looking for?

As our Assistant Branch Manager, you will proven experience in the Automotive Industry coupled with a positive and flexible attitude. You will also require the following skills and experience:

• Attention to detail.
• Self-motivated.
• Self-Managing.
• Can do attitude.
