Description
As Organisational Development Manager you will be responsible for;
- Develop and Implement the People Strategy within the organisation
- Lead the development of L&D & OD initiatives across the organisation and promote a real culture change within the business
- Manage the Learning and Development Budget and liaising with external providers to ensure the organisation is receiving valuable and up to date training in both technical and soft skills
- Implement and enable managers to think about succession planning within the organisation and identifying high performing talent
- Implement Workforce planning within the organisation, identifying current skills vs future needs
- Lead the Best Companies engagement process
- Work closely with the HR team and business stakeholders to facilitate completion of an organisational needs analysis
- Lead the implementation of a leadership development programme
Profile
The successful candidate will;
- Have a proven track record in Change Management/Organisational Development role
- Ideally experience within a digital/technology organisation
- Qualification in HR, OD or equivalent
- Coaching and influencing skills
- Experience in design and delivery of leadership development programme
- Experience implementing workforce and succession planning
- Up to date Employment Law knowledge
