Designer - Mid Level or Senior - Norwich Based Creative Agency

This Norwich based independent creative agency is currently looking for a Designer, either Mid Level Designer or Senior Designer.

The Designer will come into the agency and oversee and lead their own projects and help to oversee key client work

This is a small agency, around 20 people, and the creative department is approximately 6 people. It's growing though, and new business wins and growth across key clients over the last 4 months has really helped to increase the headcount in the agency. The designer will report into the Creative Director, and you'll work with a Mid Level and Junior Designer.

The agency is based in Norwich, and we are looking for someone who lives locally as the role will be office based. Flexible to start with, but long-term they are looking for a designer who will be based in the office.

Ultimately, they are looking for a Designer that inspires the team on a daily basis and produces outstanding design work and typography.

As a member of the team, the Designer be responsible for helping raise their creative profile. Their goal is to be the most creative agency outside London. The Designer will help strengthen and develop the quality and reputation of their design work.

They have some talented designers, art directors and digital experts. With the Designer's help they'd like to see the agency shine further by setting high standards.

The Designer will collaborate with our strategy, new business and client services team to develop ideas and report directly to the Creative Director. The Designer will inspire our clients and push the standard for design within the department.

We see a Designer as an internal force with outstanding crafting skills. We would love the Designer to champion design and inspire the agency, keep them up to date with design and industry news.

We want a Designer with at least 6 years+ Creative experience . You will be a passionate designer, with a passion for creativity and relentless drive to provide 'best in class'

We want a team player, a designer who enjoys working as a group.

You will have in-depth knowledge of producing brand awareness work, and the ability to put the on the map creatively.
