Area Facilities Manager Job
A 12 month fixed term contract job opportunity for an Area Facilities Manager, primarily working between Huntingdon (Cambridgeshire) and Derby, with candidates ideally based in the Peterborough area.
Reporting to the Regional Facilities Manager, the successful applicant will be joining one of the UK's largest property management and development businesses with over 12,000 staff and a property portfolio consisting of over 200,000 properties throughout the UK.
Role & Responsibilities
* Delivery of compliant FM services throughout the region
* Supporting an effective planned and reactive maintenance service
* Ensure that Group budgets are spent in the most efficient, effective and economic way
* Support the daily running, safety and maintenance of designated Group properties ensuring that the office buildings are run in compliance with all applicable regulations
* Support the FM Helpdesk function and Service Partners
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous experience working within a similar Facilities Management role whereby you have had responsibility for multi office facilities
* A sound working knowledge of Health & Safety on sites
* Previous knowledge of the management of asset data bases and CAFM Systems
* Be able to demonstrate an understanding of the importance of supporting the delivery and effectiveness of SLA agreements and KPIs
* Enjoy working collaboratively and feel comfortable liaising with individuals at all levels; being able to influence in a positive way when necessary.

* Salary up to GBP35,000
* Essential Car Allowance (GBP1100)
