TEAM PA (Personal Assistant)
Reports to: EA to the CEO
Location: London
Job status: Full time, Permanent

ROLE PURPOSE
This role would ideally suit an individual who has at least 2 years of experience and a willingness to turn their hand to anything required of them. An interest in event organisation would be ideal.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assist with diary maintenance including scheduling and meeting preparation
* Arrange travel, accommodation and itineraries for regular business trips
* Research venues for staff events, both in the UK and abroad
* Assist with coordination of internal events such as dinners/celebrations, company town halls, away days and conferences
* Produce reports, letters and presentations on software packages for various team members
* Deal with invoices and raising POs
* Process cash and credit card expenses
* Take meeting minutes when required
* Provide holiday cover for the Executive Assistants
* Carry out various ad hoc duties as and when necessary
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a PA or Team Assistant
* Good technical knowledge of Outlook
* Good technical knowledge of all Microsoft Office programmes
* Experience of organising international travel and visas

* Has the gravitas to effectively manage senior level relationships
* Is hard-working - no job too big or too small - team player
* Has the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
* Has meticulous attention to detail
* Has excellent people skills
* Is flexible and able to multi-task; can work in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
* Is organised, and able to think logistically
* Has a willingness to learn and take on new tasks and responsibilities
* Is able to handle confidential information
* Is able to work autonomously and does not depend on regular direct supervision
* Is a confident and proactive communicator to management and their teams
* Has a willingness to be office-based
