Are you a self-motivated, forward-thinking recruitment professional, with a keen eye for detail? Are you looking to work in an in-house position to further your career? We are working with a global brand based in Egham that are looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join their HR department.

As part of this fun and sociable team, you will be providing full and comprehensive administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as they develop and expand the company's workforce. Key elements of this role will include:

* Collating and screening job applications

* Coordinating and managing candidate assessment centres

* Liaising with candidates and internal hiring managers, building strong working relationships and advising on hires

* Managing job advertisements

* Producing onboarding paperwork for new starters

You will be highly adaptable with a proactive attitude, and the ability to work flexibly in an ever-changing environment where no two days are the same. Experience in an agency or in-house position is essential for this role, along with knowledge of ATS systems.
