We are looking to recruit a (Bank) Cook to join our Catering Team, to cover annual leave, sickness and other absences on a casual basis. The successful applicant will have
- NVQ level 2 in Professional Cookery & Food & Beverage Service – or equivalent
- Two years experience in a cook or assistant cook position
- Experience of cooking fresh produce
- Confident preparing and cooking a full range of nutritional meals.
- Preparing special dietary meals
- Stock storage and rotation
Shifts are variable over 7 days covering the hours of 7.45am – 6pm, including weekends and bank holidays.
There may also be opportunities for short term, Fixed Term Contracts for long term absences as and when required.
