Residential Scheme Manager

Salary:  £19,881 with contributory pension

Rent free accommodation is provided in a two/three-bed apartment at the scheme, suited to either single or family occupancy.

Due to retirement, we are now recruiting a Residential Scheme Manager for our Lincoln Court, Bilborough, Nottingham, Sheltered Housing Scheme for the elderly, comprising 22 apartments.

Mansfield Road Baptist Housing Association is a non-profit making Charitable Housing Association governed by a Board of Management.

We are committed to offer more than just a home by providing support, security and privacy enabling tenants to live full, active and independent lives. 

The Residential Scheme Manager will provide support for the tenants, organise social activities, perform various site duties and run a weekly lunch club. They must have the ability to build relationships, foster a friendly atmosphere and to this end encourage tenants to join in. 

We strive to create a working environment which offers job satisfaction and opportunities for a Scheme Manager to bring their own experience and creativity to the scheme within the standards that are set for the Association as a whole. 

The successful applicant should have previous experience working within some area of the Caring Professions, the elderly and be able to work well as part of our successful team. They will need to be enthusiastic, have common sense and a caring attitude. 

This is a challenging and rewarding role requiring initiative and commitment.
