Our recent additions are Glasgow, Peterborough and now we are recruiting a Branch Manager to build a branch in the Northampton area.
Ideally, with experience in the Industrial sector, the branch manager will take exclusive control of the client base, build your own customer portfolio and develop your own successful team. With the support from our inhouse payroll, marketing, business development and resourcing teams based in our Stoke on Trent HQ, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants a new challenge.
We supply services to clients and candidates in Industrial, Driving, Commercial and Care sectors. Our success is the result of our commitment to high quality service, instant reaction to client demands, robust recruitment processes and team work!
We are looking to hire experienced a high achieving recruitment branch Manager and Senior Recruiters who share our ambitions and who are looking for the opportunity to take control of their career and build and lead their own business branch.
The successful applicant will receive support from the wider time, committed investment in themselves and their team, with a light touch management and no upper limit to earning potential.
There is no glass ceiling and you will be in complete control of your own career development potential.
You must be able to provide your clients with a complete recruitment solution delivering temporary recruitment services
The successful branch manager will be the driving force of their branch, leading growth and development and co-ordinating their chosen team through to delivery.
