We are partnering with a global pharmaceutical business with offices in South Buckinghamshire. They are recruiting a Team Assistant to support two Directors and their small teams. This would be an ideal role for an ambitious and driven Administrator who wants to grow their career in Executive support. This is a full-time role with the opportunity to work from home 2-3 days a week. The role starts as soon as possible.

You will be a confident individual who is good at using your own initiative. As you will be supporting two teams, you will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an unflapable ''cando'' attitude and thorough attention to detail.

The role requires significant marketing support including proof reading, managing pre- set marketing and technical marketing budget management. Strong verbal and written communication skills are therefore essential for this role.

Some key responsibilities for the role:

  • PA and Administrative support to two Directors and their small teams.
  • Events support including conferences and internal meetings.
  • Travel and diary management for the teams and clients.
  • Monitor and manage pre-set marketing and technical brochure budgets.
  • Communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (UK and abroad).
  • Ordering services, office resources, documents and equipment and ensuring they are received by the relevant team members and clients.
  • Involvement in ad-hoc projects including new product launches and local promotions.
  • Co-ordinate with the technical teams for specific projects, tests, etc.


The ideal candidate will have had previous experience in a similar administrative/ PA role. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role as well as strong IT skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

You will be proactive and flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates who have previously worked in a Marketing or Sales environment would be desirable for this role.
