Sales Coordinator

Our product range comprises of clay bricks, Thermalite blocks, aggregate blocks, Red Bank chimney, roofing and flue systems, precast concrete and flooring products and Formpave permeable paving.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team in the position of Sales Coordinator at Coleford.

The Role

• The vacancy is for a Sales Coordinator within Formpave at Coleford who will ensure high levels of efficiency and Customer Service

The Candidate

• Process customer calls
• Processing customer enquiries
• Liaison with Customers / Logistics
• General Customer Service enquiries / Delivery enquiries
• Handling Diversions and Returned deliveries
• Advising Customers of waiting time charges

Training/Qualification

• GCSE’s (or equivalent) in Maths and English
