Our client is a Garden Landscaping Company who are well established. A personable yet professional garden landscaper firm skilfully executing domestic landscaped gardens. Due to constant growth and expansion, they are seeking to recruit a Landscaper to join their small team.

The Job Role Details:
A well organised and skilled Landscaper, who is driven and passionate, who prides themselves in their work and projects within Landscaping. Seeking someone who is experienced working with both hard and soft landscaping. You will work predominantly local in Shropshire.
Key Responsibilities:
• You will be able to work independently, as well as alongside a team of gardeners.
• Working multiple ongoing projects
• Soft landscaping requirements; turfing, hedge cutting and planting
• Predominantly hard landscaping duties: patio/brick laying, fencing, decking, stone walls, ponds, summer houses, timber work and groundwork.
• Labouring will be required, as necessary
• To follow detailed instructions but also show an ability to lead when required. To be able to use your own initiative, be inventive and offer ways to improve work based solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with clients/ customers.
Essential/ Desirable skills will include;
• It is essential that you have practical experience in a similar role.
• Skill set to include - patio/brick laying, decking, stone walls building, ponds creation, summer houses, timber work and ground work.
• Be able to lead and organise project to their high standards from set up to their finish.
• Proof of working in landscaping to a high standard with a keen eye for detail and a desire for excellence.
• Have a real pride in your work and a responsible attitude towards the projects and our
commitments to our clients, showing care and thought in your work.
• Be well presented in your appearance and respectful to clients, their property and gardens.
• Full driving license. Ability to operate diggers preferred but not essential.
• Enjoy working outdoors in all weathers and have experience doing so.
• Be physically fit and able with have a flexible, can-do attitude.
• Have good knowledge of health and safety with respect to gardening and landscaping.
Salary Package:
Around GBP25,000p,a
