Contracts Manager
A local authority based in Bideford are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team. This is a temporary vacancy which is ongoing.
The main purpose of the role is to provide strategic advice to the authority through the preparation of Option Studies and Reports on the viability of outsourcing contracts vs in-house management.
As an alternative to this approach they should also have experience of setting up and managing in-house of service delivery teams.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following competencies/attributes;
Previous experience of contract management, preferably within a local authority.
