ASSEMBLY OPERATIVE - MECHANICAL OR ELECTRICAL
Our client are a very well established and successful Manufacturing company who are looking to recruit an Assembly Operative to work at Head Office within a busy and supportive team. You will have good Mechanical or Electrical experience. Fabulous opportunity to join a secure business offering good salary, company pension, death in service benefit and finish at 1pm every Friday! The role of Assembly Operative is busy and you will work with a wide range of products and components - all mechanical. You will be given comprehensive training on the wide range of products and on- going support will be provided. Based in a friendly Assembly team the main duties will include:
* Assembling components to create sub-assemblies
* Daily use of hand tools
* Handling small components
* Testing range of different components - high level of details
* Completion of Test Certificates and Packing sheets
* Handling some manual tasks
For the role of Assembly Operative you will need a background as a Mechanical or Electrical Assembly Operative and have the ability to conduct manual handling tasks and small components. So you MUST have either Mechanical skills and/or Electrical skills. Both would be a bonus but not a necessity!
This is a permanent and secure role and you will be based in a friendly environment and really friendly team and there is progression for an individual who is committed and enthusiastic. Benefits include: 22 days holiday + extra day for Birthday, pension, etc. Hours: Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm and 1pm finish every Friday! Immediate start available
