We have two maternity Project Manager contracts available, and we would love to hear from you.

Working as part of the Invention project management team, as a Project Manager you will deliver creative solutions advertising campaigns across Reach plc's portfolio. Campaigns range from branded content to editorial support and creative display - across print, digital, video and social.

Sharp, savvy and highly organised, the role requires extremely high attention to detail and an agile, pragmatic approach - able to work under pressure, both independently and collaboratively with the wider team.

An understanding of editorial, together with the media landscape, is essential. Our work bridges the gap between editorial content and advertiser objectives - and, crucially, resonating with the audience.

We are looking for someone who is equally experienced within client management and the ability to communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

What will the role involve?

  • Supporting the Senior Project Managers and Creative Editorial Directors in delivering world-class branded content marketing campaigns
  • Taking responsibility for a number of projects - acting as the first port of call for clients and internal teams for anything related to the project
  • Implementation and day to day management of integrated advertising campaigns, sponsorships and commercial solutions across the designated portfolio.
  • Understanding the creative requirements of any brief, and organising, commissioning writers, photographers, videographers and picture researchers. Ensure production meets the brief and editorial requirements.
  • Strong budgeting skills through day to day management of campaign costs and P&Ls within guidelines agreed with the Head of Delivery, providing Sales with production and usage costs for both live and pitch work, and negotiating rates with 3rd party suppliers.
  • Assisting with pitches by assessing the feasibility of creative ideas, finding solutions to deliver innovative content and ensuring costs are correctly allocated, managed and within agreed profit margins.
  • Ensuring current projects are on course of delivery. Review campaign delivery, marketing and analytics, driving potential campaign improvements for optimum results on live projects.

We are looking for a creative project manager who is calm and cool under pressure and able to react quickly and pragmatically to client demands to deliver content which delights and excites.

You will be someone who is able to build fruitful internal relationships and demonstrate first-class client service skills.

You'll have a flair for understanding what makes a good piece of content, have previous experience in publishing/creative solutions and be adept at multitasking - able to manage several campaigns at any one time, prioritise your workload and ensure all of your campaigns deliver on time and on budget.
