Adecco are recruiting for Process Maintenance Technicians bases in Cramlington or our well established Client.
We are recruiting for 3 Process Maintenance Technicians to be responsible for the day to day maintenance, servicing and repair of production equipment on site..
We have 2 positions working 37.5 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern Monday to Friday 6-2 and 2pm-10pm with a pay rate of GBP15.38 p/h
We have 1 position working 37.5 hours per week on permanent nightshift Sunday to Thursday - 10m - 6am with a pay rate of GBP16.41 p/h
There is also an on-call requirement of 1 week in every 3 weeks, with some weekend working as required.
The role:
Maintenance of production equipment in a clean room environment, including breakdowns, calibrations, day to day support and completing planned /preventative maintenance schedules.
Ensuring preventative maintenance work orders are completed correctly and on time
Organising out of hours work when required, in line with planned and requested maintenance
Management of spare parts to adequately cover breakdowns and planned/preventative maintenance
Input into and maintain a database of maintenance tasks (Maximo)
Organise and manage external contractors
React to and complete emergency maintenance when required
The person:
Extensive experience in maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment
Electrical/electronic fault-finding experience is highly desirable
Mechanical fitting / engineering experience, recognised apprenticeship / training preferred
Experience working with Alan Bradley PLC's
Experience of working to planned and preventative maintenance schedules
Understanding of HSE relating to maintenance activities
Understanding of GMP
Knowledge of Microsoft office applications
Good communicator
Work under minimal supervision
Able to prioritise workload to ensure the smooth running of the production process
