Adecco are currently recruiting for a QC Technician for our Client in Cramlington to conduct QC testing and inspection for In process, finished product and raw materials. The role will also be a critical part of the QC team involved the facility clean room expansion project.
GBP11.02 p/h working Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm after an initial training period of Day shift.
The role:
Perform QC testing, including Bioburden, Endotoxin and Tensile testing
Follow routine Environmental Monitoring program for Clean room environments
Conduct Performance Qualifications of new Clean room facility
Assist with VD Max validation testing and sampling
Complete QC records and maintain QC databases
Assist with testing and release of raw materials within a warehouse environment
Create Certificates of Analysis for irradiated and non-irradiated finished products
Control handling and disposal of expired and reject materials
Ensure stock of QC materials is maintained
The person:
Preferable experience in QC laboratories and/or Clean room manufacturing but not required full training provided
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
