John Ashley Recruitment are pleased to be working with this highly innovative manufacturing business which is experiencing high growth and new opportunities. We are seeking an astute and well organised Administrator who has a high level of proactiveness and able to prioritise a high workload within a very busy sales order processing office. This is multi tasking at its best from data entry to liaising with customers ensuring a high degree of accuracy in sales order processing from start to finish with a high attention to detail and customer service.

We are looking for a competent, proactive and reactive Administrator who can manage a high volume workload and progress workloads, working independently making the necessary decisions and interface with the entire office support department. The hours will be 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday, although flexibility is required due to the business demands.

Main Activities:

* Raising all documentation associated with shipping requirements with a high attention to detail, accurate data entry and checking all documentation is correct before invoicing.

* Ordering containers and oversees transport for the shipment to meet exact customer specifications.

* Processing of all customer orders using the Sage 200 system so you will need to have experience or be able to quickly learn the system.

* Fast, Accurate and efficient data entry ensuring a high degree of accuracy.

* Carrying out all administration to support the effective running of the client contracts.

* Competently liaising with the customers, regarding their orders and dealing with any queries.

* Stock checking to ensure sufficient product to meet the customer orders.

* Draw up customer contracts and make sure the sales master systems are all up to date.

* Updating stock levels on Sage system, supply price lists and update the shipments due spreadsheet.

* Answering incoming calls and dealing with all customer requirements liaising with the necessary departments.

* Progressing orders and shipping queries to ensure the highest levels of customer service delivery.

* Filing and organising administration ensuring all relevant information obtained.

You will have:

* Previous similar or relevant experience of working within a busy and fast pace customer service of administration support office.

* The ability to work on initiative and decision make when necessary to progress orders.

* Good IT competency in Microsoft Office with a knowledge of in house or data management systems- Sage would be an advantage.

* A multi tasker, able to ensure consistency and accuracy in work processed.

* The ability to deal and communicate with a varied team including and provide the necessary support.

* Will need to possess a 'can-do' attitude and the ability to quickly adapt to changes and learn the company systems quickly.

* Provide prompt response to inquiries whenever required, and the ability to distribute and respond to these in a timely manner.

* Be able to work under their own initiative, with great organisational skills.

* Excellent communication and customer facing skills and be able to communicate with a variety of people during your working day.
