Shift Supervisor Starbucks - Cobra Coffee Franchise
Various locations across Bristol
At Cobra Coffee we take pride in our rapidly growing Starbucks franchise business. We care about the way we do business and are looking for Shift Supervisors to join our team with a passion for coffee who want to grow a career with us.
As a Starbucks Shift Supervisor you will help direct work on the floor. Your will run shifts, lead the store team and make decisions that impact store operations. This role is a great way to develop leadership skills and expand your responsibility. You will also help create great experiences for partners and customers alike.
You can expect to be involved in:
* Building relationships and delivering World Class Customer Service by engaging the customer in conversation, and connecting with them.
* Following up with baristas during the shift to ensure the delivery of legendary Starbucks customer service for all customers.
* Taking responsibility for the shift by directing partners to ensure shift runs smoothly and speed of service, cleanliness standards, and operational needs are met.
* Anticipating customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.
* Providing quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers and coaching partners to consistently achieve the same standards.
* Creating a positive learning environment by communicating clear expectations to the partners on shift, and providing specific, timely, and respectful coaching and feedback to improve partner performance and ensure operational excellence.
* Assisting with new partner training
* Developing positive relationships with shift team by understanding and addressing individual motivation, needs, and concerns.
To be successful in this role, you'll need proven supervisory experience within a customer service environment. You'll be able to plan, organise and prioritise effectively with a passion for delivering the customer experience.
