Job Description

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and reliable person who enjoys helping others, to join our supported living team as a Bank Support Worker.

It is a rewarding role, which will involve supporting people with learning disabilities and complex needs to live in their own homes to be as independent as possible. The support provided will range from personal care, cleaning, shopping, preparing meals, daily activities & supporting them into the community.

We have daily/weekend shifts available in the Illogan area & the option of working in our other services in an 8-mile radius of Camborne.

Ideally, you will have previous experience but if not, we can provide a structured induction & training to support you in the role.

If you have a genuine desire to make a difference & are passionate about helping others, we would like to hear from you.

Full UK driving license and access is preferred.

Applicants must be over 18 years of age.

Applicant Requirements:

Ideally, you will have experience of working within a care setting
You will need to attend all training offered to you to support your professional progression
You will be required to support with their personal care and daily living tasks.
