A well-established supplier of uPVC building products have an exciting opportunity for a Trade Sales Manager. The position is field based, where you will promote the company's portfolio of products and drive sales into local branches, through developing relationships with local trade people and trade companies across Surrey and West Sussex.
This position requires an experienced customer driven field sales professional, to source new business and drive sales. The main duties are to build relationships with new and existing customers within the area, manage a portfolio of customers and call on customers on a regular basis, providing quotes and following up enquiries. You will work closely with the Branch Managers to improve business performance, implement change management initiatives and to ensure deliveries to Customers are made within agreed timescales.
A full and valid UK driving licence is essential as is a consistent track record of field-based business development success and managing trade staff. Experience is required within a similar management role ideally within a glazing or uPVC environment. The successful candidate must also have commercial awareness, with an understanding of negotiation and profit margins.
