Telecoms Administrator, Chorley - Permanent

You'll be working in a part of telent that is dedicated to transforming the way support is delivered nationwide to Openreach and other external network providers. Role Profile:

Manging the day to day work volumes through our internal processes and systems
Supporting the Duty Managers.
Establish and promote The Hub and associated best practice within the PMO Function and wider tis business.
Dealing with the safe management of Hot jobs in line with the Hot Job Process.
Dealing with the safe management of jobs in Zone of interest and other high priority jobs.
Speaking to Supplier Delivery Partners, Highways Authorities and the wider business to ensure delivery.
Provide excellent customer service.
To support, coach and motivate other team members.

Typical Deliverables:

Achieve Regional SLA's in line with customer contracts.
Able to maintain and hit productivity in line with business area.
Focus and support team goals and targets.
Save specific experience of at least 2 of the following business functions: Pre site Checks - Safe Dig Management including Hazardous Pipeline - Noticing / Permitting - Traffic Management Regulations - Controlled environments (BAPA/Tramways etc) - Planning (within telecoms infrastructure).
Working knowledge of MS office and technical software.
Provide Ad-Hoc support in line with Business requirements to support The Hub.

Business Operations Skills - Experience:

Have experience of undertaking multiple workstreams.
Able to build and maintain key relationships.
Track record of high performance.
Management of pre-site checks, Noticing & Permits and Safe dig prints.

Business Operations Skills - Qualifications:

Computer literate, competent in MS Excel and other systems
Good Presentation Skills
Performance driven
Promotes working together strategy
Demonstrates active support for change initiatives by adjusting behaviour
Able to provide excellent customer service and add value to our solutions
