Oracle APEX Developer
Are you an innovative and self-motivated Oracle APEX Developer who would love the opportunity to join a growing team within a world class leader within their field?
As a Senior Developer you will be involved in a combination of new product development and maintenance as well as upgrades to existing products. You will be involved in both front-end and back-end development.
Key criteria for the Oracle APEX Developer:
* Knowledge and experience of creating applications using the Application Express (APEX) development system for Oracle
* Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL including generation of packages
* Experience in Java or any other mainstream object-oriented language
* Knowledge of JavaScript and CSS
* Ability to write well documented, high quality, supportable applications
* Good software architecture sensibilities
* Excellent working knowledge of the software development life-cycle, in particular Scrum and Waterfall
* Experience of Azure DevOps, SQL and NoSQL is desirable
Key responsibilities of the Oracle APEX Developer:
* Work in a team to develop algorithms and applications that capture data from several sources and transform it into insightful, accessible information for the end user
* Design and development of features to meet the customer and system requirements, taking into account their integration within the overall solution architecture
* Requirements management (solicitation, tracking an verification)
* Test and evaluate your design with end users
* Adapt and modify existing applications to improve functionality and usability
* Propose improvements that would enhance the user experience
* Software configuration management
