EllisKnight are partnered with a brilliant and rapidly growing IT business based in Reading, Berkshire who are now looking for a Renewals Administrator. Our client is passionate & proactive in driving the value of distribution to Vendors & Partners and believes that partners will be more successful if they are enabled, supported & rewarded throughout the sales process.

Last year our client's revenues exceeded GBP28.M and they continue to grow by circa 25% year on year and because of this continued growth, we are creating a new role of Renewals Specialist.

Duties & Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all Renewals for our customer base. You will ensure all quotes for Partners are issued effectively and accurately from our multi-vendor sales activity. You will need to be organised, proactive proficient in using CRM's and excel and have an efficient mannerism to ensure the highest level of customer service is always offered.

Create customer quotations in our CRM system across multi different price books, part codes and currency.
Ensure the Deals and quotations are entered into the relevant forecast category and date to enable the sales team to forecast accurately
Create and maintain renewal reports per vendor and per partner requirements
Offering a high level of customer service to inbound queries from Partners
Build and maintain relationships in the top partners to ensure a strong level of communication on quotations and customer queries and service.Profile:

Excellent usage of multi systems including CRM and Excel Spreadsheets
Experience in Sales Order administration
Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills (client-service oriented mindset)
Self-motivated; Proactive; Team Player
Strong systems acumen and ability to learn and navigate around reports and forecasting systems quickly
Strong organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritise and multi-task
Exceptional Customer Service, interpersonal, written, and communication skills
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment
Able to work independently and remotely with other members of the team
