Job Description - Part time HR Manager
Located: Chessington, Surrey
Reporting to: Director of Finance
Salary Guide: GBP20K - GBP24K (c. 20 hours per week)
Main Responsibilities
?? Management of all HR processes
?? Responsibility for recruitment processes including induction
?? Ensure all Personnel records are up to date and all appropriate documentation held
?? Review and advise on company policies
?? Review Documentation and ensure that it complies with all the latest employment laws
?? Oversee the Disciplinary processes and improvement plans
?? Develop training systems
?? Manage of Company's Benefit schemes including cars, medical and life insurance and recommend further staff benefits
?? Manage company pension schemes
?? Responsible for company Health and safety processes
?? Prepare payroll information and assist with statutory HMRC returns
?? Advise Board on all HR matters and legal updates
Experience & Competencies Desirable:
?? Qualified or part qualified CIPD
?? Strong attention to detail
?? Strong team player with good communication and relationship skills
?? Ability to identify improvement opportunities and recommend change
The role is based at our Chessington Head Office
We are seeking a qualified/part qualified person for maybe 4 hours per day-salary GBP20k-GBP24k
