The successful candidate will be part of team working for a leading manufacturer of high-quality conveyors, platforms, automated systems and robotic solutions. The principle job activity is associated with food conveyor manufacture and access platforms.
To be considered for this existing opportunity, the successful candidate will demonstrate experience in fitting and piping pneumatic systems and components as well as being able to wire and work with PLC control cabinets, linear drives and all associated industrial automation equipment.
?? HNC or equivalent in electrical/ electronic or proven experience in a systems design and programming environment.
?? Experience in the design/fitting and implementation of Automated Assembly systems.
?? Experience with PLC systems and associated hardware would be a big plus.
Automation engineer requirements
• 5+ years' industry experience working in a similar role
• Apprentice trained / highly-skilled with high standard of fabricating
• Experience (some or all) of Conveyors, Automation Systems, Robotics, Special Purpose Machinery
