BPS World is looking for a driven and creative individual who enjoys applying logic and simplicity to technical problem-solving.
The International Account Manager will work across a wide portfolio of customers supporting them through the sales, onboarding, and account management process working with technology that simplifies cross-border eCommerce & keeps online retailers compliant.
The position is initially focused on taking on a portfolio of existing customers to manage the onboarding and account management experience.
This role will migrate to include new business development with a 70/30 split with onboarding and account management.
* Researches, establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships.
* Creates and conducts sales presentations.
* Develops clear and effective written proposals and quotations.
* Creates and maintains account plans for existing customers.
* Coordinates sales efforts with marketing, accounting, and technical services teams.
* Maintains sales records and prepares sales reports.
* Provides accurate forecasts for new sales.
* Participates in trade shows.
* Schedules training and seminars to enhance new business opportunities.
* Contract negotiation.
* Client Account management.
* On-Boarding Management.
* Project Management.
* Benchmarking.
* Strong knowledge and interest in technology.
* Ability to apply technical understanding to a non-technical audience.
* Resilient character suited to sales and account management position.
* Flexible with remote working and international travel
