The ideal candidate for this role will have experience of delivering first-class customer service both digitally, over the telephone, and face-to-face. The post holder will be responsible for providing a comprehensive reception and information service to all external and internal customers and ensuring that the details of all enquiries are captured on the College’s enquiry system, complying with General Data Protection Regulations, and that all information requests are fulfilled. The post holder will also assist with a range of activities in order to convert enquirers into applicants, including school presentations, open days and course taster sessions.
