Salary Grade C £19,312 - £20,092 (pro rata approx. £13,074- £13,602)

For a full time 29.25 hours per week 39 weeks per year

Cann Bridge School caters for children with severe learning difficulties from three to nineteen years. From September 2021, we require three full time Grade C teaching assistants, additional to our current workforce, to support pupils with complex needs in their learning; posts are initially temporary until August 2022.

The posts will be working with a skilled team under the direction of an experienced teacher. The practice in the school is of a high standard delivering good and outstanding outcomes for the pupils.

Experience of early development, knowledge of children with learning difficulties, experience of complex behaviour and autistic spectrum conditions and an appropriate qualification at Level 2 are required for the Grade C posts; you will need to demonstrate this in your application and at any consequent interview.

Applicants will need to be calm, patient, with a good sense of humour, and willing to undertake any training necessary.

The role involves working with vulnerable children and adults and so all applicants will require an enhanced DBS clearance.

Closing date: noon on Friday 25^th of June and interviews will take place on Wednesday 7^th of July.
