This is a varied opportunity which would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast paced position as efficient coordination is an essential part of the role. This opportunity will involve responding to client queries over the phone and via email in a professional manner within the agreed SLA's. This is an office based role.

My client are is fast growing business who offer a hugely supportive working culture and provide full training. Due to their success and growth plans over the past year, they are now looking for a Client Service Administrator to join their team to contribute to their continued success.
Description
The main responsibilities of the role will include:-
Responding to all client queries over the phone and via email.
Processing the client requirement in accordance with SLA's using Zendesk system.
Cross referencing of supplier information and process sales requests.
Provide an excellent standard of service at all times.
Send out confirmations of order request and keep clients up to date. Profile
This role would suit an individual who enjoys working in a fast paced opportunity whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail at all times when processing orders. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal is also key as this is a client facing opportunity. You will need to be a driver due to the office location.
