Senior Legal Counsel
Unique in-house opportunity to join an award-winning, top tier international law firm that is now seeking a senior legal counsel to be a part of a newly formed Legal team.
Your role will involve taking ownership of a broad spectrum of commercial contracts work, including advising, negotiating and drafting client contracts, handling regulatory matters, ensuring policies and procedures remain compliant, eg Anti-bribery, IP and DP, providing legal advice to support international expansion and liaising with various stakeholders.
The successful candidate will ideally have broad commercial contracts experience. Any exposure to outsourcing, employment, technology, IP or privacy matters would be highly desirable but not essential. Consideration will be given to both those coming from an in-house legal team or a large commercial firm.
