Our client, a leading business in the logistics industry, is looking to add to its rapidly expanding customer service department. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a team of hard-working individuals with a real passion for customer service.
Responsibilities:
*Handle large volumes of incoming customer queries from customers.
*Prioritise customer queries, ensuring the call is handled in a professional and
time-sensitive manner.
*Liaise with other departments to ensure the customer queries are handled
appropriately and to a successful outcome.
*Manage off-site contractors, prioritising their workload appropriately.
*Accurate data input of all queries both outside and inside the business.
The successful candidate will have:
*1 years' experience working within a fast-paced environment, preferably within
logistics.
*Problem solve quickly whilst remaining calm and polite at all times.
*Be able to demonstrate you can work well within a team whilst also using your own
initiative when working autonomously.
*Previous customer service experience, preferably in a similar type of industry.
*Used to working with CRM systems.
*High data input accuracy.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday business working Hours.
