Warranty Manager

Job Introduction

We are recruiting for a Warranty Manager to join our Volkswagen Dealership in Nuneaton. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the effective claiming and processing of warranty work and ensuring warranty procedures are followed in all departments.

Role and Responsibilities

• You will need to be able to work effectively with manufacturer warranty managers to maintain performance
• Ensure under or over payments are appealed within the manufacturer mandatory time limits
• Recommend improvement methods and solutions whilst ensuring manufacturer warranty policies and procedures are fully implemented
• Manage the reconciliation of warranty accounts with dealership Accountants and produce and demonstrate aftersales data on a regular basis
• You will also prepare for manufacturer's audits at the dealerships

About you

• This role would ideally suit someone who has previously worked within a dealership as a Warranty Controller / Administrator or as an experienced Warranty Controller.
• More importantly you will have a great understanding of Dealership Warranty systems and procedures, excellent attention to detail and the ability to deal with all levels of staff and management.
• A well-presented individual with a desire, character and attitude to succeed.
