37.5 Hours per week | National Apprentice Wage | Fixed Term for 12 months or 18 months (dependant on level of qualification studying)| Hurst Hill Nursery, Dudley

We are looking for a Nursery Apprentice at our Hurst Hill Day Nursery based within Dudley. The Nursery offers childcare places for up to 32 children, providing a warm and welcoming environment where families can feel valued and obtain positive help and support.

Responsibilities for the role of a Nursery Apprentice include but aren't limited to:

* Studying towards a level 2 or level 3 childcare qualification

* Learning responsibility for providing full access to an effective programme of activities for children identified as requiring additional support.

* To support in the care of sick children and those suffering minor injury.

* To work in partnership with other professionals involved with the children and their families, i.e. health visitors, Inclusion support, speech therapists.

You will be motivated and passionate about working with children and their families, and strive to provide a safe and stimulating learning environment for children to grow and develop.

A training provider will be allocated to the successful applicant, the organisation is also happy to facilitate training with any existing training providers. Please note that apprenticeships are only able to access one funding stream at a time, so your current course must be either a level 2 or level 3 in childcare and be able to transfer over to a full time apprenticeship.
