We are delighted to be recruiting for a Personal Assistant to join a start-up business consultancy based in Brighton, who support entrepreneurs and their companies to make a positive impact within the business world!
As a Personal Assistant you will be supporting 2 Directors within the business as well as supporting the day to day admin and facilities duties within the office.
Duties will include:
* Personal Assistant to the company directors including monitoring and managing director emails, scheduling and organising meetings
* Office administration including organising and receiving visitors
* Stationary supplies, documenting and monitoring procedures and administrative systems
* Finance administration
* Records administration including updating financial information, personnel and other data
* Personnel administration including writing job descriptions, posting vacancies, shortlisting candidates, organising interviews and managing the staff onboarding proces
* Producing documents including presentations, client proposals and client agreements
* Customer service support including capturing new enquiries, monitoring new enquiry progress, scheduling webinars and other client events, completing documents on behalf of clients

Hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday and this will be an office based role
