Customer Service role
Temporary 3 months
Luton
GBP9,89 per hour
Monday to Friday
Our client is currently looking for a temporary Customer Service Advisor to join their team, to take calls from customers in a busy working environment. The position will be for approximately 3 months is likely to be working remotely.
The main duties in this role are to take initial calls, dealing with customers enquiries and liaising internally to ensure that all issues are resolved.
The successful candidate for this position will have previous Customer Service experience with proven experience dealing with a high volume of calls and enquiries.
You will also need to have access to your own computer / laptop
Skills needed:
Previous call centre experience or similar
Excellent communication skills
Able to liaise with external customers and different departments
Able to work in a team environment
General admin experience
Available immediately
